Planetary Frequencies Album

Frequency: 194.18 Hz
Time: 91.0 bpm
ChakraMuladhara - Base Chakra
Effect: dynamiser, energy generator

Mūla = root, origin, essence
Ādhāra = base, foundation

Just as the mother's womb creates the basic condition for the growth of the embryo, the Muladhara Chakra forms the basis and starting point for our spiritual development. It is the foundation from which we climb the chakra ladder; the root from which we receive nourishment for our spiritual development. For this reason and because it is located at the lowest point of the spine, below the coccyx, it is also called the 'Root Chakra'.

Kundalini Shakti (spiritual energy) is rooted in the Muladhara Chakra, but she is in a deep, still sleep. When we awaken this dormant potential that lies in the Maladhara Chakra, we are able to make our way to the light of knowledge and attain the fruit of Self-realisation.

Frequency: 210.42 Hz
Time: 98.6 bpm (22nd octave)
ChakraSvadhisthana - Sexuality Chakra
Effect: Stimulates sexual energy, promotes erotic communication.

Svā = Self
Adhishthāna = seat, residence

Svādhishthāna Chakra marks the second stage of human evolution. In earlier periods of evolution, the seat of Kundalinī Shakti was in this chakra, but in Kali Yuga the spiritual energy sank into Maladhara Chakra - into unconsciousness - because of rampant materialism and selfish human behaviour. When we look within and focus on Svadhishthana Chakra, we are able to find answers to many questions about our destiny.

Even though our weaknesses and faults are located in this chakra, it is here that a valuable opportunity is offered to develop our human consciousness to a higher level. By working on the Svadhishthana Chakra we are able to bring our lower instincts under control, transform them and ultimately transcend them.

Frequency: 126.22 Hz
Time: 118.3 bpm
Chakra: Manipura - Solar Plexus Chakra
Effect: fosters a sense of self-centredness, magic and transcendence.

Mani = pearl, jewel
Pūra = place, fortress

After passing through the unconscious and subconscious levels - Maladhara Chakra and Svadishthana Chakra - our consciousness reaches the third level, Manipūra chakra. With the attainment of Manipūra Chakra, the aspirant has reached a milestone on the spiritual path. For once the consciousness has unfolded in the Manipūra Chakra, there is a greater likelihood that - under the guidance of a Realised Master - the goal of Supreme Consciousness can be achieved in this life. At the Manipura Chakra, more than half of the journey to realisation has already been completed.

The Manipara Chakra is the 'Jewel City' where we find the pearls of clarity, wisdom, self-confidence and well-being. Their radiance radiates downwards into the lower Chakras as well as upwards to the Heart Centre (Anahata Chakra). The feelings of love and happiness we feel in our heart actually originate in the Manipura Chakra and rise from there to the Anahata Chakra. The positive radiance emanating from Manipura Chakra also purifies Svadhishthana and Muladhara Chakra and their qualities.

Frequency: 136.10 Hz
Time: 63.8 / 127.6 bpm (25th / 26th octave)
ChakraAnahata - Heart Chakra
Effect: Relaxation, calming, balancing

Anāhata Nāda = unlimited, infinite sound

The Anāhata Chakra is one of the most beautiful and richest Chakras and invites us to delve longer into its inexhaustible treasures of delightful feelings and experiences. It is located in the heart region, in the centre of the chest, which is why it is also known as the Heart Centre. And it is not for nothing that the heart is considered the symbol of love, for the Anāhata Chakra is the seat of love.

Just as love is infinite, so is the Anāhata Chakra. And the extent of Anāhata Chakra's radiance depends on the depth of our relationships. When our heart opens to divine love, our love becomes infinite. We find numerous sayings in general use about the limitless nature of the Anāhata Chakra: 'To have a big heart', 'a heart as deep as the ocean' and 'to have a place in your heart for everyone'.

Tone: 141.27 Hz
Time: 66.2 / 132.4 bpm
ChakraVishudda - Neck Chakra (neck, cervical vertebrae)
Effect: Favours the speech centre and the communicative principle.

Visha = impurity, poison
Shuddhi = purify

Vishuddhi Chakra is located in the vicinity of the larynx and is therefore also known as the Throat Chakra. It is a centre of physical and spiritual purification.

Vishuddhi Chakra is a place of purification and balancing. The breath flowing through the throat, and therefore through this Chakra, plays an important role in this. The technique of Yoga Prānāyāma (conscious guidance and regulation of the breath) exerts a powerful influence on the Vishuddhi Chakra, both on the physical and astral levels. Through the power of the breath (Prāna Shakti) in the Vishuddhi Chakra, harmful residues in the body are removed at the physical level, and in the mental sphere, thoughts, emotions, consciousness and the subconscious are purified and harmonised.

Frequency: 221.23 Hz
Time : 103.7 bpm
Chakra : Ajna
Effect : Promotes willpower and desire for harmony.

Āgyā = Mastery, Knowledge, Wisdom

In Chakra Āgyā (Ajna) we complete the development of our wisdom and humanity and reach the bridge to Divine Consciousness. It is located at the upper end of the spine, at the transition point from the spine to the brain. Its radiance, however, is primarily perceptible in the centre of the forehead, between the eyebrows. Another expression for the Āgyā Chakra is "Guru Chakra - Master's Chair".

Who can give us orders? Whose instructions should we follow? Only an initiate can show us the right path, because only he has the knowledge gained through personal experience and mastery, which can then be shared with others.

Frequency: 172.06 Hz
Chakra Sahasrara - Crown Chakra
Effect: It promotes clarity on a mental and spiritual level, promotes cosmic unity at the highest level and has a spiritually transfiguring effect.

Sahasrāra = a thousand, infinite

Sahasrāra Chakra is located on the crown of the head, below the fontanel, which is easily visible in a newborn. It is also known as the Thousand Petalled Lotus, Brahmrandhra (Brahma's door) and the Source of Light (as it radiates supernatural light as bright as the sun).

No other light comes close to the brilliance of the sun. In the same way, the radiance of all the other chakras pales before the incomparable radiance of the Sahasrāra Chakra. Sahasrāra does not possess any special colour or quality. Its light contains all the vibrations of colour united in the incomparable brilliance of pure light. The energy of all the Nādīs flows together here, just as the waters of a thousand rivers unite in the sea.

The Secret Language of the Heart (How to use Music, Sound and Vibration as Tools for Healing and Personal Transformation) - Barry Goldstein

The Cosmic Octave(Origin of Harmony) - Hans Cousto

Planetary chords are due to the discovery of Swiss mathematician and musician Hans Coustowho calculated the frequencies of the planets in our solar system and, using the principle of the "Cosmic Octave", translated them into tones, frequencies, tempo and chords that we can apply to create healing sounds and meditative music with a harmonising effect. - planetware.de

This album was not designed for use on an external speaker. Please use stereo headphones, good quality headphones or ear cushions with stereo speakers. Bone conduction headphones can be used if you have hearing problems or want to experience even louder effects.

I recommend a set of wired, In-Ear headphones from JVC (HA-FX103M-RE) or any other headphone model that has a frequency response between 5 and 20,000 (Hz).

VERY IMPORTANT: Turn the album up to medium volume.

In the inner ear, inside the cochlea, are the so-called sensory hair cells. The average person is born with about. 16,000 sensory cells (with cilia). These act as sensory receptors, converting sound vibrations into electrical nerve impulses.

Repeated exposure to loud sounds can damage these cells as well as membranes, nerves or other parts of the ear.

After downloading the album, you will find two archives MP3 (622 Mb) and FLAC (2.83 Gb).

We made a short version (7-11 min/track) and a long version (30 min/track).

  • The short version can be listened to when you have little time.
  • The longer, 30 min. version is perfect for a stronger balancing/harmonizing session of an individual chakra.

There are some important differences between the two formats:

Compression: MP3 is a compression format that reduces the size of audio files by removing information considered insignificant to the human ear. In contrast, FLAC is a lossless format, which means that no information is removed when the audio file is compressed.

Sound quality: Because MP3 removes information from the audio file during the compression process, the sound quality may be affected to some extent. In contrast, FLAC preserves the full quality of the original sound because there are no losses in the compression process.

File sizeMP3 files are much smaller in size than FLAC files because they are compressed. This can be an advantage if you have a large music collection and want to keep it in a limited storage space.

Device support: MP3 is a popular format and is supported by almost all audio playback devices. FLAC, on the other hand, is less widespread and may not be supported by all devices.

In general, if you are looking for the best sound quality, then FLAC is the right choice. However, if file size is a more important concern and your audio playback devices do not support FLAC, then MP3 may be a better option.
